Webtropic is a business designed to service the customer.

We are based in Kirwan, a suburb of Townsville and we are providing up to date advice on the technology demands of small to medium sized businesses and home users. We are a mobile business and we come to your home or business by appointment.

Why do we cover both business and homes? The demands of Small Businesses are remarkably similar to those of the modern family. We will provide similar advice because what is needed to secure a business network is the same as for a home network. The network may be larger but the rules are the same.

We want to help you understand how to get the most out of your computers, how to integrate your lifestyle so that technology works for you and how to be safe from the threats that the on-line world presents.

Our service area is Townsville and her suburbs. We are happy to build your website for anywhere in Australia, but for a visit, you need to be a local.

Our Rates

Call Outs and Repairs

Webtropic has chosen to provide great value for our customers.

We have a flat call out fee for all customers of $40 inc GST.

This fee is then absorbed into the first hour fee of $75 for residential customers and $85 for business. This is then the hourly fee until the job is done. If we identify that the fault is beyond economic repair within the first hour, we only charge the call out fee and provide you with the best advice on your path forward.

We believe that this is the best value in Townsville and aim to maximise this value with exceptional service.

Our call out ours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday.

Quotations for Websites are provided after we work with you to determine your individual requirements, as each is different. Quotations are free, and we look forward to working with you.
