Returns & Exchanges

Items for return or exchange must arrive in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing slip.

Any hardware item sold by Webtropic, may be returned for a full refund of the item's cost within 15 days of purchase if they have failed on installation. Please note that items are supplied on an as ordered basis and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that ordered items are suitable for their environment. We will not replace items that are fit for purpose but unresearched for the specified activity

You are responsible for shipping and handling fees when returning or exchanging an item. You may return your package via the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides tracking information, delivery confirmation or signature-required.
